Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • South Africa: 5-15 business days
  • International orders: 7-21 business days depending on destination and shipping method

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers should note:

  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable
  • You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery when duties are pre-paid at checkout
  • Tracking information is provided for all international shipments
  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times
